Session Overview

This short, knowledge building ‘Back to Basics’ session has been designed to provide a great introductory overview of the responsibilities held by the landlord to ensure the safety of not only employees, but of tenants and residents too with regards to fire.
The session will focus specifically on fire risk assessments and the different types applicable to the social housing sector as well as the competence of assessors who conduct risk assessments.
