'Big 6' Policy and Procedure 'Sense Check'

As part of your network membership, one of our specialist practitioners will carry out a confidential review of your tenant/resident safety policies and procedures.

We will spend up to two hours reviewing your policies and procedures and follow this up with a confidential feedback session (virtual), lasting up to an hour.

We'll take a look at whether your policies and procedures:

• Are up to date in terms of current legislation

• Cover the key points expected in terms of recognising statutory obligations

• Cover the key work streams and arrangements

• Set out clearly defined accountabilities and responsibilities within the organisation

• Sufficiently define how you will deliver and evidence compliance

• Document assurance and oversight arrangements.
