Legislation Tracker and KPI Scorecard

Our specialist network practitioners have pulled together all relevant tenant and resident safety related legislation and designed our own bespoke tracker so that this information is all in one place. The tracker includes relevant legislation, key regulations, Approved Codes of Practice (ACoPs), British Standards, and other associated guidance and is set out in sections to summarise each workstream and signpost the reader to more detailed information.

We've also designed our bespoke Key Performance Indicator (KPI) template (in Excel format) for all tenant and resident safety workstreams for you to download and use within your organisation. The scorecard has been developed by our specialist practitioners over a number of years following their work with a number of UK housing organisations; this scorecard is bespoke to Scottish social landlords and the content is reflected accordingly.

The scorecard enables organisations to populate performance data for all workstreams on a periodic basis to provide evidence of compliance with tenant and resident safety related legislation and regulations.

We also give you the option of a virtual consultation of up to one hour with one of the networks specialist practitioners to review the scorecard and address any queries and answer any questions that you may have.
