Self-assessment Checklists

We have designed our own bespoke self-assessment template that covers all tenant and resident safety workstreams and as part of your membership we will provide you with a copy to complete and populate with your current position.

As part of this exclusive benefit, one of our specialist practitioners can also carry out a confidential review of the completed assessment and follow this up with a virtual feedback session lasting up to one hour.

During our feedback session, we will discuss whether your organisation:

• Is aware of which work streams pose risks to tenant and resident safety

• Is measuring performance against those workstreams

• Has performance levels that are mitigating the risks

• Should focus of improvement (awareness or performance).
